It’s easier to get a guru but very difficult to get a disciple. A guru has to make intensive search to get a disciple because the quality that a disciple should possess is the most difficult thing to be found in the universe so when a Guru finds a true disciple even if the disciple wants to leave the Guru the guru won’t leave the disciple!
