Jealousy – a negative trait

दह्यमानाः सुतीव्रेण नीचाः परयशोऽग्निना
अशक्तास्तत्पदं गन्तुं ततो निन्दां प्रकुर्वते – चाणक्य नीति

Meaning : The lowly burn intensely in the fire (of jealousy) on others’ prosperity. Incapable of taking those measures themselves, they criticize (tirelessly).
