‘Bhakti kare koi surma’, means although path of devotion is an extremely easy path to Sadhana (spiritual practice), yet not everyone can tread this path. Thus, Kabir Das ji has said, ‘Bhakti kare koi surma’, meaning devotion can be achieved only by one who possesses a fighting spirit. Just as gold turns pure upon heating, adverse circumstances in life are the litmus test for a devotee.
