Tulsi Plant

नरा नार्यश्च तां दृष्‌टवा तुलनां दातुमक्षमा: ।

Meaning: Men and women saw this plant but could not compare it to any other and hence they named it Tulsi meaning it cannot be compared with any other plant and the zoologists began calling it Tulsi. – Brahmavaivarta Puran, Prakrutikhand 15
