1.  Asking God for something : Many feel that without becoming eligible, God does not give anything, then why should we pray to God ? The answer is that prayers help in generating humility. When other types of sadhana (Spiritual practice) are performed with intense prayers, we become eligible and then God gives us what we ask for.
