MRM to host mass Quran recitation in Ayodhya

On July 12, the City of Ayodhya is all set to witness a unique portrayal of communal harmony. As reported byNetwork 18, Muslim Rashtriya Manch will be organizing a grand event of mass Quran recitation where more  than 1500 Islamic scholars and priests will mark their presence on the banks of Saryu river

Shading light on proposed gathering, National Co-convener of MRM (Media affairs)  Raza Rizvi stated that mass recitation will be a unique event where Muslim brothers will extend their support for the hassle –free construction of Ram Temple.

Describing Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) as a true friend of the Muslims, UP MRM women cell in-charge Dr. Shabana Azmi maintained that mass Quran recitation initiative would clear the preconceived notions about the relationship between RSS and Muslims.

Azmi opined that the presence of Hindu and Muslims on the banks of the Saryu river will convey the true spirit of Ayodhya.

On this occasion, Mohammad Afzal, Islam Abbas, National conveners of MRM, Uttar Pradesh Minister Laxmi Narain RSS leader Murari Das will grace the event.
