Andhra Pradesh government has cleared the action plan for the constriction of Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple on the lines of Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam. The proposed shrine will be built on 25 acres of land in the state capital Amaravati.

On August 23, Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam officials under the leadership of Joint Executive Officer P Bhaskar briefed Chief Minister Naidu and presented a detailed roadmap about the proposed shrine.

According to state officials, Lord Balaji’s temple will be designed as per Agama and Vastu Shastra where makers are planning to showcase the rich architectural values from the ancient kingdoms like Pallava, Chola, Chalukya, and Vijayanagar.

The TDP National President has asked officials to protect the sanctity of the temple with ancient culture. He directed officials to provide modern facilities for the devotees and tourist outside the temple.
