Cow’s milk is basically a sattvik food item but when the milk is from the cows of foreign origin its no more saattvik, and when the milk is taken out from the machine the Tam component of the milk rises even more ! In the picture the machine to drain the milk of the cow is shown. My attribute being sattvik I love to consume fruits and milk products but in abroad I don’t feel like consuming either milk or milk related products as I don’t find them sattvik at all and when I visited few cattle ranches in Italy I understood the reason behind it . I really felt proud to belong a culture which has not discovered the machine to ooze the milk from the cows as the progress which lead to the increases the tam component of any food item is never desirable .
