Who is the really born ?

परिवर्तिनि संसारे मृतः को वा न जायते।
स जातो येन जातेन याति वंशः समुन्नतिम् ॥ – भर्तृहरि नीति शतक
Parivartini samsaare mritah ko vaa na jaayate
Sa jaato yena jaatena yaati vanshah samunnatim

Meaning : In this world of constant change who does not take birth after one dies ?  But one who takes his clan to greater heights is the one really born.
